These ink cartridges, as far as I can tell, are on par with the OEM's and Sophia Global customer service is super! I recently ordered the wrong cartridges by mistake and they sent me a replacement the same day even before I had returned the incorrect order. You can't ask for better than that!

I have been using their inks for years and have had really good luck. I use this for pictures, cds and regular printing. Their customer service is good as well.
