Purchased this Q7551X 08/26/2012. When I put it into the printer this week it showed full, but prints extremely light, too light to read! It appears it was not properly filled when I purchased it and now 4 months later when I go to open and use it, I have a defective product that the vendor will not replace. Will not purchase from this vendor in the future. My old cartridge is almost empty, but prints darker that this new one.

Always Buy OEM Genuine Toner for your Laser Printer. It may cost a little more than refilled / remanufactured toner but it will keep your laser printer needing a cleaning longer. The refilled toner shortens the life of your laser printer.

We opened it 42 days after we received it (being toner we order when we put the last one in) and it won't work. The pages print too light to be read. I contacted the seller who apologized for any "inconvenience" but will not accept the exchange or refund my one hundred sixty eight dollars since we are outside of the 30 day return window. This amounts to theft as far as I'm concerned. I am disgusted by this seller and amazon for their lack of customer service and highly disappointed in this experience. I would NOT recommend them. I wasted a lot of money.

Original HP maintenance products are the only way to go. Never a problem in over 20 years. Refills are a false economy.

Back in December of 2012 we purchased this printer cartridge from DEALTHON here on Amazon, we installed it on our printer on May of this year. Since the last week of July, the paper started coming out with wrinkles and ink drops on the paper. Things kept worsening to the point of printing a document, and the whole left corner of the paper was smeared with ink, and the paper prints out crumbled. After having our printer inspected, the problem ended up being the cartridge which is defective. We contacted the seller to try to exchange the defective cartridge, but DEALTHON never replied. After trying to order a return/exchange/refund through Amazon, the seller rejected the process due to "expired time lapse" without even trying to find out the details, or try to offer a viable solution. Now we ended up purchasing the Standard cartridge once again, but this time from a brick store that offers customer service and replacement in case of a defective item.
